1. Present company image to customers, present professional image to customers
2. Support sales visit existing customer and acquire new customer
3. Strengthen business relationship with customers, collected information about customers intentions
4. Collect customer voices regarding our services and hand over to customer service
6. Update sales opportunities & forecast on an on-going basis
7. Visit exhibitions and prepare report about activities at exhibition
8. Prepare weekly or monthly follow-up plan of sales activities, prepare sales activity report
9. Willingness to take ownership of projects or customers and sees the success of the project and customer satisfaction as a reflection of him/her
10. Maintain excellent relationship with key-account in all levels of management and engineering levels
11. Regular information sharing with management and Softline sales about key-account issues
12. Keep logbook about all activities with key-account (e.g. meetings, trainings, free consulting, organizational data, expected turnovers of account, development plans, main markets, new developments etc.)
13. Manage and work with the Softline Sales team, train and coach the Softline Sales members

14. Manage and responsible of the Softline sales functions and targets, handle sales operations

Job Requirement

1. University graduate in sales / marketing / technical
2. Minimum 3 years experience in sales / marketing of testing laboratory
3. Good negotiation & leadership skills
4. Strong market sense of sales development
5. Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
6. Open and aggressive personality, motivation to continually learn and take on added responsibilities
